Auckland ceremony, rugby match honour connections forged during 1994 Commonwealth Games in B.C.

When Victoria's golden oldies of rugby -- the Ebb Tide -- trot onto the field in this New Zealand city on April 20, they will play in the shadow of great historic events and share a legacy from the Commonwealth Games of 1994.
